Richmond & Twickenham RiversideWalk
Highlights: From leafy Richmond, meander along the most picturesque stretches of the Thames in London on a leisurely guided riverside walk from Richmond to Twickenham, crossing the Thames by foot ferry alongside a great Jacobean mansion.
See magnificent riverside views and wildlife, the remains of a royal palace and London’s oldest surviving Thames bridge. Pass the fine riverside mansion of a king’s mistress and the homes of French royal exiles. Meet the saucy ‘Naked Ladies’ and see quirky Eel Pie Island, the legendary home of rhythm & blues.
